Includes non-public information you provide, such as names, contact details, domains, concerns, and any reports generated for you.

3. Provider Obligations
AKSUM uses your information only to provide the agreed services, protects it with reasonable safeguards, and does not share it with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

4. Legal Boundaries
AKSUM uses only legally obtained open-source and licensed data. No hacking or illegal access is performed. You agree not to request illegal activity.

5. Scope
These terms apply to whichever plan or assessment you select on the pricing page or intake form.

6. Term
The NDA applies from the moment you submit the intake form and remains in effect as long as AKSUM retains your confidential information.
